Browser-side processing
Many ToolNest utilities process files and entered content directly in your browser. When a tool states “No uploads” or “browser-side,” that tool does not send the working file to our application server for processing.
Information we may receive
Our web server may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. If analytics or error monitoring is introduced, this policy will be updated to identify the service and purpose.
Accounts and contact
Information voluntarily submitted through account or contact features may be used to provide the requested service, respond to messages, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Retention and security
We aim to retain personal information only as long as needed for its stated purpose. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and minimize server-side processing where practical.
